250 g lettuce leaves

1/2 tomato, diced

1/2 cucumber, diced

1/2 medium avocado, diced

1 hard boiled egg, diced

85g cooked chicken breast (minced, skinless)

70 g fried shrimp

28 g goat cheese

2 tbsp salad dressing (lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper)
