600 gr White fish fillet

80 gr Butter

100 ml Fat cream

2 pcs Garlic cloves

1 tbsp Mustard

juice of half a lemon

Parsley

Salt, pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees

Salt and pepper the fillet, pour with lemon juice, prepare a container for baking. You can leave the fish to marinate for 1 hour, the taste will be richer, in this case, we begin to warm up the oven before cooking.

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, add cream, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

We put the fish in a baking container, fill with sauce from a saucepan.

Bake for 20 minutes, garnish with parsley and lemon before serving
