  • 250 gr canned fish
  • 100 gr grated cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Frying oil

Melt butter in a skillet.

Mix all the ingredients, put in portions in the pan.

Crispy Keto Fish Cutlets

Keto fish cutlets with cauliflower

Cauliflower is a good alternative to starchy keto foods. If you like cutlets with rice or potatoes, add the vegetable to your keto fish cutlets.

For 8 medium cutlets:

  • 240 gr cauliflower
  • 60 gr butter
  • 20 grams of garlic
  • 800 gr fish fillet
  • 30 g green onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 gr almond flour
  • 30 grams of sesame seeds (or another 30 grams of almond flour)
  • Spices, salt, herbs to taste

Let's start by making keto rice. We wash the cauliflower flowers, simmer and then fry in half the oil.

Stew the fish fillets, having previously cut them into small pieces. Leave to cool.

Crush with a fork, add cauliflower rice. Chop onion and garlic, add to fish and cabbage, add spices, flour and seeds there.

Beat eggs and add to fish and cabbage.

Preheat a skillet. Roll up a few balls and flatten them to make burgers. Fry in the second half of the oil for a couple of minutes. Turn over and keep on fire the same amount until golden brown.
