Fry eggs in the same skillet. To avoid hot splashes, you can first crush the eggs into a bowl and then gently pour them into the skillet. |
Fry the eggs the way you like. For the fried eggs, fry on one side and cover until the eggs are completely fried. For the inverted fried eggs, fry the eggs for a few minutes, then turn and let sit for another minute. While the eggs are cooking, slice and lightly brown the cherry tomatoes. |
